  1. Passenger first writes to Customer Relations on custrelations@spicejet.com and SpiceJet’s Customer Relations assigns a unique Customer Relation Number to the Customer when he registers his/her Grievance at SpiceJet Customer Care.
  2. If you are not satisfied with the response of SpiceJet’s Customer Relations, then you may contact the Nodal Officer quoting your unique Customer Relation Number atnodalofficer@spicejet.com
  3. If you are still not satisfied and wish to appeal, you may appeal with our Appellate Authority at appellateauthority@spicejet.com quoting your unique Customer Relation Number.
